Riding Lessons
Sunny Acres offers lessons in western pleasure and trail riding. We focus on the basics and starting people out with a great experience.
We work on handling the animal and learning how to saddle and prepare the animal for the ride.
Arena time will allow the rider to gain knowledge on proper handing while mounted to achieve the gates used in western pleasure.
Trail Rides
Trail time will allow the rider to achieve a greater balance in the saddle and understanding of the animal. Achieving the comfort and control needed to handle the animal in an open field, rough terrain, and on the trail allows an enjoyable time going through mature timber and enjoying nature.
It is the “Best Ride Ever” when you can control your animal with confidence and feel comfortable . No better feeling then being in control away from the confines of the arena . Just you and your horse!
We specialize in the basics and will work with each person to achieve the experience that makes them say they had the “Best Ride Ever”!
